The college application process can be an intimidating journey. At every turn, another unanticipated task can spring up, causing more stress.

My goals are to:

prepare families and students as early as possible,

simplify and clarify the information,

guide them through the priorities,

support them with tools and teaching, and

CUSTOM SCHOOL SEARCH

  • BASIC PACKAGE (10-12 SCHOOLS)

    Following a questionnaire and via Zoom meetings with you, I will research and prepare a spreadsheet including the FACTS & DATA information for 8-10 schools that you have expressed interest in and seem like they would be a good fit for your student. You will receive 20-25 categories of information per school. This spreadsheet is a basic starting point to = help you choose which schools will be the best for your applications.

  • DETAILS PACKAGE (10-12 SCHOOLS)

    After the Basic Package, or after you have provided your own basic level research, I can dive into the personalized search for the colleges, departments, majors, minors, interdisciplinary, combination, and design-your-own-degree options that are great matches for your student’s unique interests and goals. I will prepare a spreadsheet with the options available at each individual school.

  • DEEP RESEARCH PACKAGE (10-12 SCHOOLS)

    Building on the Basic and Details spreadsheet, I go even deeper into the layers of research at each school to the level of degree requirements, pathways, courses, professors, facilities, and other “fine print” of what each school offers in the majors or areas for your student’s passions and interests. Many highly competitive schools ask “why our school,” and this level of research is essential in writing intelligent responses to these essay prompts.
